All Ages Tutoring
At All Ages Tutoring of South Florida, we pride ourselves on providing exemplary transportation services that complement our after-school mission. We ensure that each participating request is transported safely and reliably by maintaining well-equipped and up-to-date vehicles. Our vans are equipped with all the requirements mandated by the State of Florida and Dade County Public School.
Furthermore, we have partnered with a reputable garage to attend to the maintenance and repairs of all our vehicles on a weekly basis to guarantee the safety of the children. To demonstrate our commitment to transparency, a copy of the maintenance log is available at our office for your perusal. Rest assured that All Ages Tutoring of South Florida Transportation Services is a professional service you can trust.
Accident Reporting:
“AATSF is committed to providing a sustainable transportation future. All of our vehicles are alternative fuel vehicles. Our goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation services to every student in the program and to use our light-duty vehicles for field trips and fun activities. Additionally, AATSF’s vehicles are self-insured and in case of an accident, the office will contact every involved family with all necessary information as soon as possible.
Pick up is available every school day at the designated pick-up zone within the school. The pick-up time is on a first-come, first-served basis from 2:45 to 3:15 PM.
Attendance for all participating children will be taken daily during the after-school program. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform program staff if their child will be absent from the after-school program or not attending school during the day.”
“For your convenience, we have included three different numbers that can be reached: (754) 366-6428, (305) 300-2112, or you may choose to call our corporate office at (786) 663-1238 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. to report your child’s absence from the program. If a child is registered to attend the afterschool program but is not at the school to be picked up by the parent or guardian, or the person listed on the emergency contact form, they will be notified to verify the child’s absence. This helps ensure the safety of all the children attending our program.”
